Access

People you invite to a workspace can open the reviews in that workspace, according to their role. A review started in another workspace stays there. Members do not see it unless they belong to that workspace too.

Roles

Owners and administrators manage members and workspace settings, including billing when the workspace is on a paid plan. Members can run reviews and record decisions on the sets they can open.

Remove someone from the workspace when they should no longer see the drawings and specifications. Their access ends with the membership. Ask threads stay with the person who asked; the report and the saved decisions stay with the workspace.

Uploaded files are stored for that workspace and are sent to the model providers only as needed to produce the review. See the security page for how that access is limited.
