VeriCord's commitment to an accessible website and product.

    Last updated: October 4, 2026.

VeriCord aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, for the website and the signed-in product that we control. We want people to be able to create an account, upload a review, read findings, and record a decision with a keyboard and with assistive technology.

    What we design for

    • Text and controls that can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
    • Visible labels and names for form fields and icon buttons.
    • Text contrast that meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the interface we ship.
    • Page structure that uses headings so a screen reader can move through a review.
    • Status messages that are not conveyed by color alone.

    Customer documents

Drawings and specifications are uploaded by customers. Those files, and any scanned pages inside them, may not themselves be accessible. VeriCord's findings list is the interface we provide so a reviewer can reach the candidate result without relying only on the source PDF. We cannot change the accessibility of a document a customer uploads.

    Known limits

Some third-party flows, including payment checkout, are provided by the processor named on the subprocessors page and follow that company's accessibility practices. We test the main review path as part of ordinary releases. We have not commissioned a formal conformance audit, so we do not claim a certification.

    Tell us about a barrier

If you cannot complete a task, contact us through the contact page. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any. We will reply and work on a practical fix or an alternative way to complete the task.
